Pramod Kumar Bhardwaj is an Advocate and Arbitrator based in Panipat, Haryana, with over 10 years of extensive litigation and dispute resolution experience across a wide spectrum of practice areas.
After completing his foundational legal education in India, Mr. Bhardwaj pursued an LL.M. from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom, one of the United Kingdom's reputed universities, acquiring a strong grounding in advanced legal principles, commercial law, and dispute resolution theory and practice.
He has appeared before civil, criminal, consumer, and family courts and High Courts across India, and has represented clients in matters before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions.
He has worked alongside leading arbitration firms in New Delhi, gaining practical exposure to institutional commercial arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Mr. Bhardwaj's practice spans civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, consumer rights enforcement, matrimonial and family law, motor accident claims (MACT), criminal defence and complaint cases, contract disputes, and MSME payment recovery.
His vision is to build a premium dispute resolution practice that combines the rigor of courtroom litigation with the efficiency of arbitration and mediation, accessible both in-person from Panipat and online across India.
